I made a typo on my original feeler thread, so ignore the price there. The boots are almost brand new, worn only a few times (really).
If anyone is interested, I have a pair of brand new (not heat molded
yet) Amplid liners that I'm willing to swap out for the stock ones from
FT. They are a higher-end thermoformable tongue liner, with plush
'fur' inside (photos on my profile page). These liners fit the
Fulltilts like a glove, and they're a notch up from stock.
Once you heat mold them, they'll make the FT boots fit a half size smaller
than normal because of the thicker 'fur' inside. If you don't heat
mold them, it would be more like a full size smaller. To clarify, my
boots are size 11.0 / 29.0 (326 sole length). The thicker Amplid
liners will make them fit like a 28.5 (or 28.0 if you don't mold them).
I know this idea might sound crazy, but I wouldn't mind keeping my old
liners since Amplid only made the first batch in a limited size run,
and mine are a half size too tight with the stock liners. If you like
the liner swap idea, we both win. You get brand new liners, and I
won't have to order custom ones for my new boots.
