FS/FT Elan/Tyrolia 14 din binding

I have a pair of used 14 din bindings. Im not really sure what to call these because they say "free 14" on them but I have also seen them be called ELX 14's. Probably 7/10 or maybe 8/10 only because of use, they have no damage or anything that affects the bindings. These are from a couple years ago but the heal piece seems identical to the new head/elan/tyrolia/4frnt bindings. From what I understand Head, Elan, 4frnt and Tyrolia's bindings are all the same thing. Not really yet sure what I want for them so offer something that you think is reasonable.

Before I commit to anything I just wanna make sure, have these been tested by a shop? The last pair of binders I bought off of NS ended up with a broken wing and completely useless.
