Looking to sell some of the skis I have laying around. I would be interested in trades that would get me towards a touring setup, otherwise all prices are OBO. Buyer pays shipping or local pickup in Seattle. PM me to negotiate.

Products/Prices:

181 ON3P Filthy Rich w/Rossi FKS 140: SOLD

184 J Skis Allplay Twister w/Marker Griffons: $450

191 Elan Boomerang w/Elan Demo Bindings(ESP 13): $150

28.5 Technica Cochise 120 (17/18): $300

28.5 Dalbello Voodoo (11/12): $100

42"/52" Line Pin/Pollard's Paintbrush ski poles: $30 per pair (May throw in with ski/boot purchase)

Descriptions/pics found below:

184 J Skis Allplay Twister w/ Marker Griffons: $450

These are by far my favorite pair of skis. Only listing them to see what interest there is.

These are the original J Skis Allplay shape with a sick retro graphic. These skis are killer in all conditions other than the deepest of days. Minor cosmetic damage to the topsheets, bases are in great condition. Bindings are also in 7.5/10 condition, from past season. Also mounted for same 327 bsl. Would consider splitting or trading.

191 Elan Boomerang w/Elan Demo Bindings (ESP 13): $150

Long pow skis. Not sure what season they are, but they have a sick beach graphic and are absolutely massive. Bought these skis before I moved to Seattle, but have never had an opportunity to ski them. They have a pretty sizeable base gouge that has been filled in before I purchased them. Just asking the same price I paid for them.

28.5 Technica Cochise 120: $300

330 bsl. Bought these boots this season, never heat molded or punched. Stock liners. Intended on using as a resort/backcountry boot, but I think I need a bit of a wider last. Skied on these for 4 days, so they're seriously like new with a few minor scrapes. Soles are in excellent condition. Could package with purchase of skis.

I’m also selling a pair of Dalbello ski boots, size 28.5, 327 bsl. They have been used for several seasons, but are in excellent condition with only minor scrapes. Could package with purchase of skis

42" Line Pin and 52" Line Pollard's Paintbrush Ski Poles: $30 each

Good ski poles. Pollard's Paintbrush used for a season before I figured out they were way too long. Pin used for multiple seasons, but still straight as an arrow. Will package with purchase of skis.

How is it broken? I was interested in the skis but if it's broken I may not be. Can you point it out for me?

On pic 7 on the left ski. See how the right ski has a black covering over the “pivot” table thing, the left does not. This will meen your heel price will be loose and wobble around. Unsafe af to sell. You have to buy new brakes which are around 90$

Edit: and I’m not tryna put down op. It’s prettt small He probably didn’t notice, but just want to make sure it’s a fair sale.

I would still shoot op an offer. Just keep in mind you will need new brakes. tbh setup is prob worth 325$ if the bindings werentbroken, i would say 225$ is reasonable as fuck.

Thanks for pointing that out, tfsh. I totally forgot about that. I'll adjust price/description accordingly.

For reference, that is how they were when I bought them. The biggest issues with that heel piece are 1) the forward pressure indicator doesn't work for that heel and 2) the heel rotates more freely than the one that is not missing it. I haven't had any issues with the release of the binding or anything.

When I had them brought to a shop to remount for my longer bsl, the shop tech told me that he set the forward pressure on that ski by slowly increasing the fwd pressure and testing the binding, since the indicator didn't work. It still functioned perfectly well, but I didn't screw with the fwd pressure at all.

It is definitely a knock on this pair. As such, I will adjust price.

TLDR: Good catch, my fault for forgetting. Doesn't really affect performance, but I will adjust the price accordingly.

Hey man, again not here to knock u, just making this fair. To me that seems crazy that the shop technician would 1. Set the bindings and 2. Presumably test them and deem them safe. Yes you can ski with that heal piece, but it has bout 3-4 mm of Tavel. You can’t really set forward pressure when this little disk is moving back and forth with every turn jump etc. quite litterly regardless of how tight u set forward pressure, which is super dangerous, the binding will still randomly release from time to time.its not a huge deal (minor part to fix etc), however it kinda defeats the whole purpose of pivots. Instead of being able to run the bindings at a lower din or forward pressure due to elasticity, you have to run it higher. Pivots notorious perfect release is now compromised etc. it takes all the trust and safety out the binding and regardless of it it maybe kinda works or not, I would never recommend someoen skiing on a binding like that. It still shocks me that the ski tech said it was okay. I broke that same peice a day before a comp this year, and the first thing the guys at the shop said is the binding is a goner. They ordered a new set of bindings overnight (just for this stupid plastic piece that costs probably a dollar) but point being, it was a big enough issue for the shop to feel the need to take my bindings back and give me a new set.

Thanks for the information, man. I really didn't know that! That's what the shop tech told me, but I obviously didn't know any better. I've never skied these super hard, so haven't ever experienced a pre-release.

I'll edit the disclaimer up top to reflect your comments here. I appreciate the input and for making sure somebody else wouldn't be getting screwed. I did adjust the price to what you had said earlier, as well.

Cheers man. I respect that. I kinda feel super bad cuz I just cost you some money but I guess it’s the right thing to do.

No worries about costing me some money. I wouldn't want anyone who purchased them to feel like I cheated them. Besides, it's bad karma since I use the B/S/T threads myself.

Thanks for pointing it out. I appreciate anyone who has solid input.

I could also soooo see some 15 year olds parents suing you when he eats shit and the binding fails and he tears his ACL or some shit. Like that’s what probably matters the most is putting out that disclaimer.

my bsl is 315. would those fks on the filthy riches be able to adjust to that or do i need a full remount?

PM'd. The adjustment is +/-7 mm from what I have seen, so I would assume you would need a remount. In addition, see @tfsh's comment above.
