Rossignol FKS 155
Used one season racing. The pots where you put your pole to click out have been filled to protect from damage to the din meter(common with fks)

It was filled at a shop. It is harder then epoxy, almost more like a putty material? Anyone know the right material they use for this?
Everyone that has FKS bindings should be aware that if you pop through the plastic in that little pot you will likely cause damage to the little meter that reads your din.
 
So I have two pairs of FKS and the one that doesn't have filling is nearly impossible ( I can't get it past 8) to tighten the din. Would not having filling be teh problem? also i may have interest on these. Looking at vertical release first but I'll be checking back
 
All the filling will do is prevent you from busting through the plastic and stabbing the insides of the binding.If there is already a hole and you cant move your din.. i would say unscrew the nut all the way off and see if that little plastic din reader is broken. clean it out, maybe it hit it will some lube if its dry and then try cranking them down.
