ok so there was concern in my other thread about the wear on the heal pieces, after discussions with a knowledgeable ns member I decided it would be more reasonable for me to complete the re-enforcement since i know how and had the necessary tools to do so.

so just like before these bindings are in bomber shape, some cosmetic scrathes you can see pictured. They function perfect, and will have more life since i have completed the re-pair.

what did you use to fix yours?

I did the same thing on mine with a steel epoxy putty (think mighty putty) and it came out great.
 
i took a dremal made a clean base in the plastic casing over the worn pieces, epoxied a small washer to the newly made platform so it can't be worn down to plastic again, and epoxied over top with pc.11 2 part epoxy. i have used it for side wall re-builds to experiment and its very impact resistent so i decided to go with that, then added come black si it wouldn't look stupid with a white fill in the heal piece.
