Hey NS,
We will be selling custom vinyl diecuts, decals, and stickers. For custom vinyl cuts send us a PM or email us at:dopediecuts@hotmail.com Prices vary depending on size, quantity, and design. Contact us and we'll discuss prices and shipping information. Just send us a design, or a photo and we can work something out.
Note: We are not graphic designers, you must have a design or photo of your own to send to us to be formatted.
Colours Include: Gloss Black, Gloss White, Red, Ocean Blue, Orange, Kelly Green, Gold, and Purple.
* We will have a picture up of the vinyl within the next day or so. *

so ballinbe ready for a large order within the next week or soim gonna design something on illustrator and send it to you will that work?
 
i think you are getting the wrong idea.
if you read it, it clearly states examples we've made.
I'm pretty sure it is legal to cut a piece of vinyl to make whatever you want for personal use, correct me if I am wrong?
 
Yea i also beleive this. As long as you don't make a profit out of it I think your ok.

2. Already stated, the dino and nike diecut were for personal use, which as far as I know is legal, they are examples
 
good for crew logo's, names, usernames, company logos/names, custom designs, etc.for any words either send us the design or tell us what you want from dafont.com
 
Where on earth are mods on this one?

The board is a free for all. Over a year ago, I tried to do the same as yourself and sell my vinyl services, and was told I couldn't because the NS staff were doing there own decal thing. I did get permission to sell my own personal designs, which I've done a bit here and there.

Some advice, don't advertise that you are cutting Nike decals. At some point you'll honor the idea and start cutting them if demand rises.. then find yourself in trouble. I did the same with volcom stuff. There's a demand, you make some coin, and then a cease and desist letter in the mail from the company is what you'll get.

Is bumping your own thread 2-3 times a day really necessary? On any other forum buy and sell you'd be banned by now. Serious.

Lastly, if you're going to cut decals, you NEED to be a graphic designer in every way possible or your customers are not going to be all that happy with your work, unless they provide you with a vector file. Simply running a .jpg through a converter only works if the original file is HQ, otherwise the finished product will be krap.

Hone your skills and learn if you don't know it.
 
For the last time, it was an example of something made for personal use, which is perfectly legal, I believe.
Second, we just started out on NS, and are trying to be noticed as die-cutters, so for a little while, we just needed our thread to be near the top of the list. Also note that orders are taken through PM's and emails, so the thread is not going to bump itself.
Finally, the point we were trying to make, is you need to have your own logo made, we are not going to take your ideas and make it for you. We are perfectly capable of taking an image and tracing it quite well.
