If your planning to do long range photo's or shoot video get this lens over it's lesser costing version without IS. IS is the image stabilizer. If you do shoot any video w/o IS or w/o it on not from a rig/tripod you will get tons of microjitter which basically ruins your shot in most cases. I've used it in low light situations where it's looked mint, I'm still learning the in's and out's of DSLR video but this is a great lens. And has only been used 2 days shooting. I just got a new lens that replaces this one essentially. I'm looking for $350 OBO. NO TRADES, feel free to make offers though. No scratches, I'll also throw in the Hoya filter with it.
