Ok, these are Dynastar Concepts from 2003 in a size 153. I rode these for only one season and there is absolutely, 100% no rail damage. Never touched a single rail. They would be perfect for your little bro, or even yourself if you're short like me. They are in very good condition and I will sell for a very reasonable price.
