Frontflip vs Misty

Im currently working on front flips and I'm thinking about trying a misty 5. i was wondering which was easier. it seems like you can spot a misty but its more technically difficult. i was thinking about trying it on the first medium at copper, about 15 foot gap. I keep just barely underotating my front flips. any advice is appreciated.
 
Misties are easier to whip around in my opinion. If you barely under rotate a front flip, you shouldn't have a hard time with misties.

thanks. when i front flip the tails of my skis hit first and then my butt. i have misty's on tramps down cold as well.
