+1 thanks for pushing that feature. Honestly don't know why we didn't do that about ten billion years ago.
 
I'm on fibre and it's not exactly quick to load gifs/pages of gifs, by the time somebody had loaded a gif on dial up it would be today.
 
Dialup is pretty much gone TBH. I mean even on a simple 3g cellphone the .gifs load decently. The frontpage ones are reduced in size a ton.
