I didn't have time to read the whole thread, but I was about to post something similar.

Its technical and I could never do it, but so are triple backflips with 4 twists. Look at that pic, I'm sure the spin was smooth, and it looks different from anything else, but so would walking around with a dildo sticking out of your ass, it doesn't make it new couture.

The grab just isn't 'steezy' like some of you said it was. I looks like he's about to take it in the ass in mid-air. It just doesn't look good, and it looks like something a rollerblader would try.

Mad-props to whoever can do that trick, but i don't think it should be more than a funny grab you do when you're messin around. Hopefully people won't try to copy it like the one-footed grinds.

 
while rocket grabs have been around for decades, switch cork 7 rocket grabs have not, it's definitely new and definitely has a place on this site. While the rest of us might have been trying to figure out if the physics of the trick would work out, Colby was throwing it, holding the grab,and it was being well documented.

 
Hopefully, people do start to copy one footed grinds. Not necessarily the sideways ones, but 5050s. Believe it or not, once you get good at em, you can actually do them without looking like you are tight rope walking.
