find a jump that pops you really high up in the air, dont just huck it, pop first and then just start your flip rotation spotting your landing as soon as you can, but you have to look straight over and get your body to follow. So find a steep kicker and some powder to be safest on your first trys, fronts and backs seem to have pretty high consequences if you wreck, but once you do a few, they arent hard.
