although its kind of hard to explain I wanna know how to do the thing where you pop forward and do like a front hand spring keep riding. LJ does it in TC EP 3. Any advice?

well i dont think iv ever done one. but some times i get the kids i coach to do tip flips off little pow drops by sking up to a small pellow and grabbing bolth tips and trowing there head down like a dive role, kind funny stuff but fun. as for a front hand spring i think you need a little momentum and set it just in front of your tips kicking one leg over first like a flat take off front flip. kicking it over like a normal one.Im not sure but it looks like it could be hard on the shoulders if it was to go wrong. CCCR

doing these you want to be going pretty slow, kind of nollie but keep the motion moving forward, put your hands down, and processed to flip forward, make sure you bring your skis right in tight to your back, so you dont hit your tails first, most of the time you will land a little back seat unless you have mad strong arms and can throw yourself up. hopefully that makes sence

definately do it going pretty slow on a cattrack and without poles (at least to start)

your going to need to pretty much throw you face at the ground, and it'll feel really sketchy, this will get you with all the weight on the front 3rd of your skis, and then put your arms down and get a little push on your legs and it'll just spring you over
