For a front flip, you don't want a jump that is straight up, but you do want some pop. It is similar to doing it on the trampoline, except you have to wait. (No taking off early...) On the trampoline you can cheat and start rotating before you really take off, on skis you have to wait for your pop before you throw the flip. The jump you are talking about is probably big enough if it has some pop and you can throw a pretty quick/solid flip on the tramp. Here are some tips.
Come in, knees bent, feet about should width apart. Bring your arms up by your ears so that you're ready to throw. (yeah, it may not be super steezy at this point but your goal is to get around, so be sure you get your arms up so you can throw for rotation.)
As you hit the lip, wait till you pop, simultaneously throwing both arms down by your thighs. From there, it is all about tucking it up and watching for your landing to come around. Open up when you see the horizon. (I said horizon, not sky. The hard thing about fronts is they are blind, you'll be looking at the sky for a while. Wait till you see land...)
Also, some advice, learn to control your rotation before you take them big. They're a killer if you over rotate them...trust me.
