Freshtival? Afterparty?

I'm pretty stoked for this year's films. Afterparty should be fun as well,... anyone on NS going?
 
hell yeah man its gona be tight. It will be sorta different this year too. new theater venue and what not. stay tuned for more info. We should have tickets in the store this week as well.
 
Woo I shall be making my way out from vancouver for this. Anyone know the dates? I want to buy flights but the website is from last year so I'm not sure about dates/details
 
Dates are 11th, 12th and 13th of October. Website should be up this week as well. If you buy tickets online this year you will also be able to just print them off and bring them.

And yes I am at the u of c and Il be there.

Its our 10th anniversary. New venue, new ticketing system, new afterparty. Will have an update within days.

If there's a new afterparty venue though my place is probably out on the afterafterparty.

tickets will be bought once i know my midterm schedule. a couple of profs are considering weekend exams so cross your fingers for me.
 
i wish fresh would put tgr and matchstick together on the friday. understand why they do it though.any one know what the opening film tba is? 403 media short film??
 
yeah its because they are both ultra long this year (like every other year actually)

Its funny that you mention that because we have big plans for this season coming up and a bit of a format change with what we have going on. Get hyped!

 
I'm kinda bummed that the after party isn't at Julios this year haha anybody been to Black Betty?
 
my friend worked for their opening and quit after less than a week because the manager was so awful.

unfortunately that's all i've heard about it. no bulldogs will be a major bummer either way.
 
ugh don't remind me. I'm gonna miss my bulldogs. oh well If this year is anything like last year i'd be surprised if we got invited back haha
 
from what i've heard julios got a new head manager is refusing to allow parties because they need to be a 'family friendly' establishment. a bunch of the staff is upset because they generally make a ton at these parties. ski club may be out of luck for their party there too if they didnt confirm it early enough
 
I think (for payback) we should get as many people as possible at Julios one night and get absolutely smashed. That'll show them
 
Ive heard the opposite. I heard they where super bummed it wasn't there this year. Its basically just because its too cramped at Julios and its a bad layout. Its not because we are too rowdy and break shit because they still make soooo much money off that party.

It will be interesting this year none the less. everything will be different but thats sorta how things go as Freshtival gets bigger and better every year.
 
I have two tickets to the Saturday night late show, I need to swap them with anyone who has tickets to the early show that same night, anyone want to trade?
 
Sorry dude, I still want to see those shows for sure, just would be more convenient to go to the earlier one. =/
 
So fucking stoked. Can't go to the afterparty though, only 16. Gonna be sick nonetheless. Is anyone on here thinking about going to the photo/video thing on Saturday?
