I found this cool shop in roanoke Va called freestyle. probably the best bootfitting shop on the east coast there knowledge of bootfitting and all around skiing is the best ive seen. anyone around Roanoke, Lynchburg, or Charlottesville should check them out.

 
wow, old thread. but yeah, just to back up his claim they have amazing boodfitters and are super dedicated and know their shit when it comes to the skiing industry.

In addition to that, they have other shops besides the one in roanoke. there's one in charlottesville and one at the Mountain Inn at wintergreen. i can vouch for the guys at wintergreen, i spent a good deal of time there and skied with some of the workers.
 
i agree that theyre good bootfitters, and theyve helped me out back when i had shit boots before i had money for new ones. they helped me get more life of out them. 

other than that, though, it's a garbage shop. nothing against the people, though, the employees are really cool. it's just that the shop is pretty lame and they dont really seem to have much interest at all in the new direction that skiing is starting to move in. 

check em out though and see what you think. i go in every now and then to get some technical help and stuff, and just to root around, but they never really have much im interested in.
