Freeskiing Pole Lengths.

How long are your poles? (or no poles at all?) I'm 5'3 by the way and i like my arms nearly fully extended to reach the grips of my poles. it looks like i have baby poles

Im 5'8" and i ride 40 inches for park and 44 for pow

if my hand is holding the grip then i like to have my elbows bent enough so i can still get a good push off with my poles.

i usually hold my poles by the tops of the grips, and push like that. thanks for the feedback

I think short poles look steezy AF like your pic looks hella steezy, but poles like that are way too small for pow.

If you don't want to spend too much money i would just ask your local shop if they have any really long poles that are bent. My buddy got some huge poles that were bent near the grips and he just cut them down to size. It could be hard to find poles that are bent near the grips.

I'm assuming you have multiple pairs of skis because if you only ski park then you only need short poles. If you do have multiple pairs of skis then i would recommend the party poles or multiple pairs of poles
