Freeskier or Powder

i prefer powder, IMO its better written... but if you want lots of glossy photos freeskier will do ya better
 
If you like articles made out of text then I'd go with Powder. They also just gave John Symms a column I believe. So that's something.

Freeskier is going the way of alot of old media and reducing text in favor of photos. If that sounds good, go with that.

In the meantime, check out BroBomb!
 
I prefer Powder because of the better written part so than I don't just fly through the magazine in one sitting. Other than that I enjoy both.
 
I decided on SKI magazine because i love reading about chinchilla fur jackets and freshly groomed cruisers. I decided on both. thanks guys

Yeah Yeah. Better writing than powder, and Sick pics. Shots that Powder turns down because they dont recognize the athletes names or the photogs name.

In reality though, Freeskier's not as bad as it's made out to be on NS, but it isn't nearly as good as Powder. Get Powder.
 
i get both. the subscriptions are pretty cheap. i think a subscritption to Freeskier is like $9 for 2 years maybe the same for Powder. But i like Powder better. better articles.
 
I get both. Powder has better written articles in it, but freeskier is more geared towards the younger audience of newschool skiing. Don't get skiing, beacause that means you're supporting the same company that funds WME.
