Shit. Aha watched it at lunch and was going to make the thread. Forgot to... Sick to see Mike D out there charging, and from a few different edits, it looks like Hokkaido was the place to be!

Japan was definitely a place to be last year.
This episode is actually Hakuba rather than Hokkaido. Cortina Ski Area has some of the best fall line tree skiing I have ever seen. If you have the chance, the ski areas of the region are worth multiple days of skiing, and if it get's blue you can see the "japanese alps" - a beautiful place.

One thing I'm confused about for the season...
Is "Tempting Fear" going to be an episode of FreeskiTV for this year? Or is it going to be a short move much like "The Freedom Chair" with a condensed version for FreeskiTV?
