Yooo hope everyone is good.

I’m looking for exercises to do which might help this winter on skis.

So far I’m working on legs and core and I’m using an orange pvc tube and i do some tricks jumping on it without skis being in balance (270 in and out for example). Do u know something else which is useful for you? Thanks

Get one of these and flip it upside down and balance on it while firing your legs back and forth. Really helps with balance and leg muscle

I don’t do much working out wise but I think getting a trampoline even if it’s incredibly crappy is a great tool to just learn some rotations

start biking or exercise bike. for legs you can also do skate hops, squats and pistol squats

for core lots of leg raises, crunches, side crunches and back extensions dude

tempting to go grab mine from my office although I would have to request permission which is kinda a bitch

I have another balance board around the house someplace. should just dig that one out and to some balancing to try to aleviate my quarantine boredom

Get a slackline, great for balance and they're super fun.

Wow awesome idea im gonna do that actually. Do you think just a ratchet strap will be good enough or should I buy an actual one

A wide slackline probably isn't that much different than a ratchet strap for starting it's probably fine .A real slack line isn't too expensive 60-100$ for a decent line .
