This very well could be a hoax but remember this inventor was following the principles of another who was successful. And this whole idea of orane tech spread organically. Many people all around the world have replicated the same results.

Keep in mind a lot of people discovering free energy or energy that breaks away from the status quo have had their lives and loved ones threatened. I even believe Henry T Moray was shit and killed for it.

I've been running my laptop off this for a few years.
 
I mean people have been doing all sorts of hydrogen fuel cell projects for a long time. the problem is that it takes energy to break the water apart and it will provide the same amount of energy when it combusts so you don't gain energy enough to fuel a car.
