i think before you would be required to have them sign off first saying that they allow their information to be disclosed.

so in other words you can stop looking for a site because your are not going to find one

Yeah, theres a free one, its a commercial on TV. Although I forget the name and it hasn't been on in a while...

I think if you go to your local courthouse you can check that shit out for free....but I think it only works if the arrest was in that county. Dunno...
