Frankenski vs PB&J

If you plan on 30% all mountain the PB&J would be the better choice. Frank for 100% park, but outside the park a full symmetrical very soft ski isn't going to handle super well.

I ride my Pb&j's in the park (tiny MN hill) and then I just use them as an everything ski when I go on trips and actually get to ski all mountain

Where do you ski? If it is the midwest or midatlantic region, I would go with the frank. A dedicated park ski will rip groomers just fine. If there is any chance you'll get fresh snow regularly, maybe consider the pbj. At least that is what I would do.

Hotpocket knows what's up but I'd like to add on. The PB&J is a narrower Bibby, for the uninitiated it's a narrower version of the greatest ski of all time. It will handle any condition you can imagine. It's amazingly versatile. Buy it, just do it, you fucking pussy.
