Forum Suggestion:Picture Upload

I think that it would be a really cool idea if you were able to upload pictures from your hard-drive directly into a thread in the forum, say right below where you type what you want to say and above the 'Post' button. So you would have like there is in the pictures section, where it says:
Http://______________________________________ (and then a) 'Click to upload picture' buttom.

I am not sure if this has been suggested before but it would be really helpful!

that would be really nice, the only downside i can see is that it might take up alot of bandwidth because people would always be posting pictures....maybe I'm wrong but still a good idea
