Fortitude Skis

i was just going to make a thread on this, they lookk really sick. i might think of buying a pair.
 
My coworker Steve Smith rides for them. They are a startup compnay outta Denver I believe. The Pink Dumbos are his ski design. They are bomber skis!
 
im on the fortitude am team and so far so good. the company is really starting to take shape and the website should hopefully be done by fall. as far as how the skis ride i have no idea. once i get my first pair i'll make sure to make an edit with them.
 
Our booth was right next to theirs at SIA, so we got to kick it with the Fortitude folks the whole time. Those guys are super legit, and really are stoked on skiing. They seem to do a pretty okay job building the skis too. I havent taken a turn on any of them, but the concepts they came up with were pretty illin.

That pink elephant ski is crazy too.. they put like a 2x4 of steel in it or some crazy shit like that so its like skiing on a construction beam, and probably doesnt take any shit, from any crud, anywhere, i bet. Something a lot of companies shy away from, but that they probably should look into a bit more often.

But really.. that ski is probably like skiing on a hollowpoint cruise missle that can bust through 10 foot thick brick walls and penetrate shit like a hardon from Zeus...
 
hey guys i've gotten word that the site should be dropping within the next couple of weeks. team profiles and everything. lets just hope they won't be like ninthward and just not finish the site....
 
pretty sure. get the word out about fortitude though. everyone that is high up in the company is super nice and is great to have in the industry. i should be getting a pair of the lincolns within a month hopefully. ill be sure to share my thoughts on them
 
haha, i think thats your guys' job to get the word out on them. I rep for someone else, but I will say this much in this thead, that those guys are legit and deserve some respect as any other indie brand.
