Just wondering what its like and if its really as bad as people say it is.

I am working out of camp and its not that bad if you have something to entertain yourself. I wouldn't plan to stay too long though.

good old fort Mcmoney, its not thaaat bad for a while, camps suck after a bit

It's a weird weird town. 22 year olds rolling around in 60,000 trucks, mcdonalds employees getting close to $20 an hour with the restaurant closing at 7 some nights. And lots of hookers and blow. Be careful up there, don't get sucked in. Get in, make some bank, and get out within a couple years.

dad was telling me that they had a hard time finding someone at the mcdonalds there to flip burgers for 16 an hour.

yeah, i would be on a camp.

would be up there with an engineering company doing oil sand stuff.

Never been, but i've been to grand prairie. It was pretty chill but some of the natives scared me.
