For the love of god dont go to bobs sea and ski in new bedford mass

these douches are the only ski shop in the area and they treat their customers like dirt.

they charge $30-45 per tuning depending how douchey the owner feels.

my brother bought a new pair of line invader minis and the idiot mounted them backwards, and charged him $50

when he went back they said nothing was wrong with the ski and they weren't mounted backwards, they also had large dimples underneath every screw hole!

thats like mounting a car's transmission backwards!

we went to another trustworthy shop, we showed them the skis and the owner started laughing, he also said that the dimples were avoidable, they just needed to use shorter screws.

we went back to bobs and said that we got a second opinion. they didnt say anything, they just took the skis in back, unmounted the bindings, and refunded us our money back.

they lied to the customers face and thought that it would be okay.

whoever goes to this shop please stop they're douchbags, i will never support that shop again

i went back to that shop later to talk to the owner's brother. this is literally what he told me "we werent really sure how to mount them"

so i asked him "why did you mount them.........if you weren't sure how to mount them!!!!!?????

then he used the excuse that they were really busy that day and that they were in a rush.

i couldnt take it any more and i just walked out

their all complete dumb asses at that shop aparently

ive had my expierences with bad shops, but you got your money back so just call it quits there. shops in MA are always pretty janky, just take your business elsewhere, thats all you can do with a situation like this one
