i just picked a pair up off ebay from punkdog(ebay store). and i have to say i was a little nervous at first because they had some bad feedback but i had a great experience with them. got brand new ti's for $37 with free shipping, came cross country(WA to MD) in 4 days, and they arrived in unopen factory sealed packaging and work flawlessly. if your not into ebay they also have a website punkdog.com and they have ti's for $40 and crushers for $45 with free shipping on everything. i dont usually plug places that i buy from on ebay but i was pretty impressed with the service from these guys.
 
yeah i just paid for mine yesterday, but if you read, the negative feedback isnt all that bad there arent many and its not like they totally screwed people over. People are just bitchy sometimes
 
i think i got the G.I's cuz they have camo on em so im guessing thats it, ended up like high 40's with a 2 year extended warranty

 
I have a pair of White/Orange skullcandy headphones that I'll sell for $20 plus whatever your chosen mode of shipping costs. Never used, but no packaging.
 
I just got mione from punkdog today and this is their warranty, its funny as hell:

"If this product should fail in your lifetime, we will replace it at NO charge. If the product is damaged by aggressive music listening activities, such as stage divers landuing on your turn table, your turn table being turned over by the moshers, sliding a rail, sliding down the emergency ramp of your aircraft, slammed in your locker, slammed in your car door, run over by a car, running into a wall, getting run out of town, mountain biking, road biking, sky diving, beating your boyfriend unmercifully, getting beat down by the man, blown up in an accidental experimentation with flammable substances, or damaged in every other everyday experience, it means you are living your life the way we want our product used! In these, or any other damaging events, we will replace the product for a 50% discount from retail."
 
the only part that really wierded me out was that they told me not to pay with paypal through ebay like normal. instead they email u a link to their site where you can pay through paypal. its actually real legit but at first i was shit what did i get myself into.
