For anyone with a white plastic macbook (or any scratched up computer)

Hey so my laptop has been faithful to for the last 4 years, but the other day i noticed just how scratched up it was getting. dirt was building up around the stickers and it just looked plain bad.

today I discovered how to make it look really cool again. I just sanded the shit out of it. It gives the laptop a really cool matte finish when you are done and really truly looks new again. If you use a fine enough sandpaper you will not see any scratches.

I'm not sure if this will make the laptop get dirty faster but I will let you guys know.

oh also i forgot to mention. try to protect the apple in the middle. I didn't and that doesn't look as good anymore

not the old ones. this was before the 13" macbook pro even existed. hence the need to rejuvenate it.

alright... it's just a photo of a white macbook though. I never took a before picture but i'm sure the flash would have brought out all the scratches.

I think I am going to take a random orbital sander to it with an even finer grain when i get the chance. it will really make it look cool i think. kind of like the black macbooks except white.

anyways here is a picture of it.

you can kind of see what i meant by cover up the apple logo. as the middle of the apple is now dull as well. for me i can fix it by sanding the apple more, but i think it would look better if you covered it in masking tape before sanding.
