For all you POWDER skiers out there...

So I'm moving to Jackson Hole next year and I need a fatty ski. I am about 5 ft 9 in and I weigh 135 pounds. I am an aggressive skier. I will be doing mostly backcountry and deep pow but also some bc jibbing. If anyone has any suggestions for a super fun pow ski, let me know! +K for good answers

And 192 DPS Lotus 138s ftw, Jackson should have nothing less you lucky bastard, and you're big enough for them if you ski hard at all. Don't waste possibly the best mountain in the continental US with soft nearly center mounted pow-jib skis.

Add Donner Party to this list. As fat as it may seem, it really isn't all that hard to handle. I'm 5'11" 160lbs and they are effortless in pow. On groomers, they take a little work because the reverse sidecut tends to split your legs apart. After a few days I got used to them, and I beat a lot of my friends down groomers on them and ride them in the park every so often.
Bottom line: Donner Parties may seem intimidating, but they really aren't.

Haven't skied them but almost got a pair before I got the great deal on One Lifes. I ended up flexing a pair of CRJs and they were really soft, way softer than I would have thought. I doubt they would be very ideal for Jackson charging you get to do. If you're really set on the pow-jib shape I'd get One Lifes for the stiffness(they are better than any other pow-jib ski I've skied at charging and still jib great, and I've skied lots of skis similar shape to them). I doubt anybody else here(that's not on TGR too) has skied them, but Lotus 138s are the best powder ski made and charge pow the best of any ski I've skied, get them!
