Footbed Issues

I was getting pain in my arch of my foot so i picked up some footbeds and now my instep is giving me problems..any ideas

What type of footbeds did you get. Footbeds will genrally reallign the foot, which will usally raise your instep. There are a few things that can be done. If you have a boot board you can grind that to give you more room. You can strech the instep, allthough thats not easy. Also if you didnt at the time, if you have a heat mold liner get it remolded, possibly with foam on the instep to push the liner away.
