I had some old spks and i got the 2012 hot doggers and i was wondering if my insoles in my spks would work for "foot beds" in my hot doggers.

If they are just stock insoles from spks they wont do anything for you besides reduce the amount of volume in your full tilt.
A proper footbed will have some heel cup and arch support. The best you can get is a full custom made for you by a boot fitter.
The proplem with the intuition liners is the amount of foam in the base of the liner can be problematic when adding a footbed as it will greatly reduce the amount of space in the boot.
