Follow Cam?

so i have been trying to get good follow cam angles with my dslr ad=nd i end up getting pretty shaky. any techniques you guys know thanks.

 
i suggest looking into a cheaper solution until you really know what you are doing. then spend a couple hundred bucks on a glidecam.

check out this video, it is a good handle/cage and is super cheap. (two hands on handle=twice as steady)

or this, more like a glidecam. a little more expensive.

I have made and used both of the rigs above.. and the second one is a thousand times better!
 
thanks for the post! it's great to let a lot of people know about that rig, it's great on a budget!
 
No problamo. Unfortunately I havnt had a chance to test mine out cause a few parts I bought wernt the right size. gotta fix that up tomorrow.
