Follow cam help?

So this kid just came up to me, handed me his gopro and asked if I would film for a few minutes. So I did, and I was just re-watching it, and remembered how shitty my filming/editing is.

Any tips?

This was me last year, freewillie and me are friends, that was my first day ever riding twintips.

What did I just watch? Did he approach you with "I can't ski park but I have skis and full tilts, want to record me dodging everything?"?
 
If you like to film a lot, a feiyutech. If not, a pole with a lot of steadying practice. Flipping the gopro upside down on the pole helps with balance too.

to embed click the button at the bottom of the text box that says 'help?' and it says how
 
get lower and closer to the rider, and use an editor with some kind of stabilizer, the lens was also super foggy, if you go into the lodge dont take your camera because it will heat up and fog when you go back outside for like 30 minutes
 
If its a GoPro on a pole then you can hang it upside down so gravity keeps it stable. They you invert it in editing. Lots of youtube videos on how to keep gopros steady.

Well I'm the kid and I'm better than OP now but we made a nice bamboo gopro stick to film so i guess you're right.
 
this dude is gay but anyways get some anti fog strips bc thtas one of the reasons its so shitty. Also maybe put it on a pole and hold it with two hands for steady footy. Also maybe get dirrerent angles. But not for this guy bc he sucks ass
