I read about Flipper Zero and its ability to read/write rfid scanners, so if I can get ahold of somebody’s pass for a few minutes to write the coding would it work on an rfid gate?

That would be a problem, maybe just covering up your head and having really tinted goggles?

I’ve never had a flipper zero but I assume another problem would be battery life, since it’s cold it’s going to die faster and if you are using it all day.

Some hand warmers get really hot though and there’s the reverse effect where the heat damages and drains the battery quicker.

I did some digging into this a few months ago. It seems like most resorts with the modern RFID gates are pretty tough to fool. Its much more difficult than a normal building badge reader. The ikon pass for example has two different frequencies. I don't know if the flipper could replicate that

The cameras at my local do not work so that’s not rly a problem.

lol we are opposite I am in a career job in the field I went to school for and I am quitting this season for full time park crew at the local/ski bumming in general. at least you maybe have some big boy money so buying pass wont be as bad? GP is so boujee tho and makes everything so expensive which sucks.

Thats sick tho. Honestly might be the vibe to hop on park crew for weekends, GP has no hourly requirements to get an employee pass, you just need to show up, so I could even do like every other.

Yeah probably. The owner of our Midwest conglomerate is just a fuckin asshole mostly. It’s less of a “local” situation than I made it out to be.

Copy a random persons pass and get them banned for pass sharing

Get a part time job as a lifty, scan hundreds of other people's passes, quit, look up each persons info, follow their social media, figure out which ones definitely aren't skiing that day, use that pass. Rinse and repeat annually, if you get caught, book ass outta there.
