i got a week off school and in the past week my city got about 3 feet of pow so i am gonna go build a kicker outside my house and try to flip and shit, i don't got alot of tramp expereience(except for ur moms) so i am thinking of starting with a front and then i wanna learn a front with a spin and so on . So gimmie some tips on how to do them without landing myself in the hospital, again.

fuck the frontflip, they look ugly and i dont like them. start out with backs. way cooler and easier

so fuck you too

have only tried front flips on tramps , i have never even thought of trying a back

front seems easier to me

backflips are a lot easier. just pop and throw your shoulders and head back. if your goin too fast open up, or too slow tuck up. youll see your landing when your coming in.

hold on! ik, first, fronts look cool as hell, if they are done right. second, the easiest way to explain a back is this.

1. come into the jump crouched down, with your arms low.

2. when on the lip, the first part of the flip is the 'hump' it sounds dumb, but it works. jut your hips forward, kinda like your humping a, well, whatever.

3. once your hips are expended, you tuck. bring your knees up. this will naturally send your body around, but when you set the spin, you naturally will set it back.

you really should learn um on a tramp frist. if you get the chance, get some one to jump next to you and spot you buy holding on to your belt or something. it makes it soooo much easier to commit the first couple times.

4. then land.

Lets go skiing

i havent tried it but dont worry too much about rotating cuz its not so hard, i tried flips on a diving board.

freeskiing- its a way of life dumbass

Front flips can be sick, if you lawn dart it or arch your back, tail grab, and stall it out when you are upside down.

If you haven't tried flips before, the biggest thing you are going to need to do is commit.

Make sure you have a good stance coming up to the jump (don't be leaning way the hell back or forward before you even are off of the jump)

Pop! Think about being in the air and then throwing it. Pop up, then keep your flip going.

Tuck and spot your landing, where your head goes, your body follows.

You are going to find out that it takes alot more momentum and huck to get flips around on skis.

Hope that helps
