Flip camera mounts +K

I am planning on making a few edits this season with kids from my mountain and since I already have a flip camera (I know these cameras have shitty quality but I'm broke), and I was wondering if there is a way to mount the camera to something so that when I ski/ film along side someone the film is stable and smooth instead of choppy and bumpy.

Any help is appreciated, I'm completely new to filming so anything will help.
 
i used to use a flip and i had a little flip action mount and it like velcros around poles and stuff but it was really shitty. something you could do would be take an old ski pole and drill a screw in it that is the same size as the tripod hole on the flip so you can just screw it on. just an idea
