Flexibilty and grabs??

Can any of you guys give me some good tips for improving flexibility in the ankles and hips? i am pretty flexible i can bend over with my legs straight and easily touch the ground, but i dont have much flex in my ankles. My hips arent to to bad but they could get better. and is there any good way top practice grabs inside your house when your just like watching tv or something, you can practice mutes and safteys but are there anyways to practice tails and stuff?

isnt there some sort of profession that is all about things like this? find someone like that in your town and ask what you can do possibly.
 
although most of newschoolers would probably say this is "gayer than aids," yoga improves your flexibility A LOT. i had to do some of that shit for physical therapy, and despite my skepticism, it definitely worked. i'm not saying go to yoga classes, but look up some shit on the internet regarding what you want to improve and just do it in your living room.
 
man we did yoga in gym class for a week or two and it improves your flexibility so much, like you will probably look so gay walking into a yoga studio so maybe look up some yoga poses you can do at home on the internet?
