Is it better to have stiff or soft skis? (Ex. Candide's = stiff, Concept = softer) What are the benefits of a stiff v.s. soft ski?

 
A stiff ski will be more stable at speed, and a softer ski will chatter more when you are going fast, but is generally better for park skiing.

Yeah he's right, it depends what kind of skiing you like to do aye. I generally really like real stiff skis but I'm using Skogens now and they're soft as hell and I LOVE them, hehe, they're great as.

ya my air heads are soft to soft thats when it sucks cause they will just give out on the landing were if i did it with any other ski like a stiffer ski i would have landed the trick

i went to CoC (i still can't realize it) and used the 03 ..uh...shit...whats the nane...machetes? the lines..not machetes..shit...the ones that start with m, and are like 171's or soemin, they were soft.

hows that for a story

maverics, thats the lines i used.

they are entry-level skis, and real soft. if that is what you wnat.
