Flex of the Armada ARV

What's good newschoolers,

I'm in the market for some new skis judging my ability and size and such I'm 100% sure the 185 arv is the ski I want. Im just wondering how buttery it is because I like my skis fairly flexible and I know they made the ski a little stiffer this year

Since the ARV is camber/traditional sidewall, your gonna get ton's of pop out of the ski for a while. Deffs looks like a fun all mountain ski to me

Haha he says nothing about the ski just restates it haha. I'm looking for people that have skied the arv. Plus edollo can butter on the stiffest skis armada makes and makes it look easy but k+ to the one legit response

yo did you ever get these? I'm thinking about getting a pair myself and I'm wondering how you like them. Any feedback?

Not yet man, my halos have some life left in them I'll probly get them in a few weeks if I keep up the beat down I'm putting on those sticks

they are the softest ski in the armada line, you won't have a problem buttering them.

They have a pretty soft flex in the tip of the ski, but for me it's not a noodle or anything (5'8" 150lbs). The tails are a bit stiffer than what I was expecting (not that it's a bad its a bad thing). I have them mounted pretty far forward. Recommended is -7 and I'm at -2.5. Super stable, nice and poppy, and I can get over the tips for butters and nollies. I have the 185. It does exactly what I want it to. It's just a good, fun all mountain twin. Can carve groomers, bounce around in the trees and lap the park. I have T-Halls if I'm just skiing park, and JJ's if there is fresh snow on the ground. This fits nice in between.

Hope that helps!
