Flatspin Tips/Tricks??!?!

NS- I've been trying flatspins on a trampoline for a while now, and I can't get them. I can do the set to the backdrop fine, but when I put in the extra rotation I end up spinning out of control and into a cork motion. I can do backflips, frontflips, corks, mistys, etc, but cant get the flats. Anybody have any advice for stomping it? Anything will help, and thanks a bunch

For flat on skis I come into the jump like I'm going to backflip but then essentially try and kick my legs around instead of over my head. I can't do them on the tramp to save my life but try kicking your leg around your opposite shoulder

For me I approach and set for a lincoln loop, and once I pop I look over the shoulder and lean for backflip. So its kinda like first half throw lincoln while looking over the shoulder, and finish it by going into a backflip if that makes sense...

Instead of doing a straight lincoln loop, I throw my legs out behind me. That's basically the idea, but if you eventually pay less attention to the lincoln part and more attention to throwing your legs behind you, it becomes more of a flatspin.

When you bounce on a trampoline keep your eyes looking straight forward but kick your legs to the side that will get the rotation down.

set with your hips, not shoulders or feet.

Think about taking your right hip and tossing it towards your left shoulder. if you use your shoulders, you'll drop into more of an underflip. If you set the rotation with your feet, well, that's stupid and you're fucked.

http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=eMVB-slHCjY if you're trying to do a flatspin like that, then you should start by taking your left shoulder bacward and trying not to make it a flip... When you're in the air, don't try to go over your back. Instead, try to go over your rib. You just have to keep trying and maybe take videos of yourself so you can see if you rotate the way you want.

The way I learned them is I first did a backflip then a lincoln loop then I combined the two. So basically set a backflip but flip more like a lincoln
