FKS or Jesters

yea like everyone said height weight ability park whatever but personally i find tghe jesters to be a better binding. But of course there are many things which affect that.

im lighter and from the east coast. I dont push my shit quite as hard as you so im sorry

If your lighter why do you have Jesters? You obviously dont need them if your lighter. and turntables/fks/pivots are always better than Jesters/Griffons in about 99% of cases.

I have griffons but the jester and griffon are relatively similar. My friend had problems with his FKS i havent had problems with my griffons. shoot me for having an opinion

To OP:

Maybe you should check out the Head Mojo/Tyrolia Peak/4FRNT Deadbolt 15s. I got them and I've heard a lot of good reviews about them. I haven't used them yet, they are a bit heavy, but they seem very durable to me.

I ski alot of park as well as all mountain I weigh about 220 and my height is 6'3'. Im looking to mount them on a set of Armada skis. I currently have 2 pairs of skis with Jesters on and they seem to have been treating me great for the past 2 years in the park.

What problems did he have with his FKS? After skiing those bindings hard for a season I can't possibly think of one thing that could be wrong with them.

Griffons are a piece of shit on a pedestal, comparing them to the FKS is downright retarded. What problems did he have? I would like to see pictures since I've never yet seen a pair of FKS bindings break, nor have I heard a story about them breaking yet. If T-Hall doesn't smash them, I doubt "your friend" does.

Been riding both for quite a while and I'd say FKS, the only thing that the jester does better than the FKS is that it is'nt as sensitive about snow stuck under your boot.

Jesters develop slop, are more likely to break (more plastic parts), has'nt got as much elasticity and does'nt play well with worn soles (esp FT/Dalbello). Maybe they're a bit lighter though, it also has a bigger adjustment range.

FKS/Pivot's only con I can think about is the sensitivity for snow, that's why I prefer salomon bindings. I don't really think of the minimal adjustment range on the Pivots as a con.

Hope it made you a little bit wiser
