FKS Help!

Hey guys, i just got a pair of fks and im not sure if its a definite problem, but the heel piece's have some wierd play going on whenever you move them. Like you can push them forward and backward say 1-5 mm when their clicked in or out,and the screw pieces are fully screwed in if you know what i mean. If anybody knows what the deal is here or if its just nothin can you guys let me know. Thanks +K.
 
There is most likely a forward pressure issue, if you can provide photos showing what is actually moving and a pic of the forward pressure indicator with the boot snapped in, this would help pin point the issue.
 
yea, my guess is forward pressure. either the little white tab has popped under the black plastic piece on the turntable, or the black plastic piece has popped off. if its the first, just spin the bindings out and back, and it should pop back into place. if it broke off, im sure someone has another that you can just epoxy back into place.
