what i do is step in with your boot and then grab the bent brake and bend it back. not as hard as you think

You can clip in and bend it back. Do it somewhere warm to try and avoid breaking. Doing this can cause the brake to become a little loose and wiggle, but it is quicker and easier than taking it apart.

1.) find a broken pole and click a boot in.

2.)When the boot is in bend the brake to where it should be when its strapped in.

3.) take pole off and make sure break is where you want it to be, if not bend it again

4.) ??????

5.) profit

Dude, just wrench on it. You can put your boot on, sit down in japan position and grab the break and bend it back. Or leave the boot off and just lay the boot/ski down and push the brake back into place.

i have to bend my fks from almost the same position literally every time i ski. just clip in with your boot, quit being a bitch, and bend it back with you hand. its not that hard.

Real answer:

Snap your boot in, wedge a pen or something on the inside of the semi-bent part then slip a pole or pipe over the end of the brake and bend. Wedging something at the bend is necessary to avoid torquing the housing.
