FKS Binding help

Went to a 2nd hand shop today and saw some skis for $25 with fks on them and was wondering if it matters how old and what model fks are or are they all great bindings?? they were red and black and were fairly old if that helps to identify the model.

Read the first sentence. I'm pretty sure all of the heelpeices arethe same but there are a few different toe peices. But most FKS's are bomber.

Age affects everything, ask the tech if he or she can test the din out for you

well they might not be indemnified anymore so shops might not mount them. other than that they should be fine.

my bad they are actually fkx classics. what are they like?

i think fkx are identical to the fks except the fkx has a geze toe

they also have plastic attaching them to the pivot plate so i think ill look for some that are metal
