FKS are great bindings... Thats why some of the top riders in the world use them. and 150 for a pair of fks's is a good price if they are in good condition.

You're allowed to have an opinion about colors.

As for having "better metal" and built "more sturdy", the Pivot is the same as the FKS. The only difference is the color.

P14=FKS140, P18=FKS180. There is a difference between the 12/14 and the 15/18 DIN versions, but inline they are the same.

more sturdy and overall better are not opinions when they're the same exact binding with different paint colors/printed branding dude. The metal is not better, it is the exact same. that is not an opinion, that's just wrong lol you can't debate the truth.

some of the best pieces of engineering skiers can buy, IMO. I personally love mine but wish they made a 155 w/ an all-steel toepiece like the 180s are. I went overkill on my binding selection last year, got the 180s and while I still love them, they most certainly played a huge part in #rekking my ankle last spring. so be cautious with your din range selection.
