FKS 140 Screws

Wsg NS, missing the 2 front screws on the toe piece of a fks 140. Research/friend has led me to the following info:

"FKS 14/140

8 QTY 18mm flat heads

4 QTY 10mm low heads

4 QTY 16mm low heads"

-meaning I am missing 2 of the 16 mm screws

this may sound slow, but There are many 16 mm phillips head screws, and im wondering how I would go about finding which 16mm screw will actually work for the toe piece.

-Would any 16mm work, or has to be very specific? js not trying to fuck this one up.

-For example:https://www.homedepot.com/p/Prime-L...qJ8Bt3FzcMhHe3BbZGTYR71Nz6Y2YBF-jk-h00KWmP4cM

I don't know a lot but my research suggests that the recommended screws for mounting alpine ski bindings may

have a unique thread pitch and thread count compared to screws found in hardware stores. Also they are #3 pozi and not phillips head screws. If it were me I'd check out a place like Tognar.com or another shop that specializes in supplying ski hardware and just ask them

Pozi, Lowhead+16mm, has to be it?

I appreciate your words big time homie ?

Tognar is the spot but the more important question is if you're running inserts or not. Your link and above research is pointing to you to machine screws which only work if you're running inserts.

If not, you need specific screws that home depot and maybe even tognar won't carry. go to a reputable ski shop that does pivot mounts regularly or call tognar during their business hours and ask if they have any extra lying around.
