that might work, i dont know about the egde tho, you probably wont need it if theyre just gonna be rock skis

die.

yea im not concerned about the edges thats normal enough beides thier gunna be rock/grinding skis... stupid pow airs....

Yo ,its possible to make it very solid if done right. Get the best epoxy you can find and use the proper mixing ratios of resin - hardener cuz it won't be maximum strength....make sure the ski is clean and totally dry....check between the layers wherever its delamed to make sure it can be pressed together cleanly ie. no chunks of crap, pieces of rock/wood,chips of core material, etc out of place.....doesn't hurt to use a blow dryer on high heat between layers to ensure dryness..........then load it up with epoxy and clamp the shit out of it.....leave it for 1-2 days...grind or sand excess epoxy.....wax ...done

You should wrap your skis with ductape, and then wax them.

Happy Hucking!

I have the same problem with my rail skis, i have a good p-tex gun and cover them up before i go out sliding....it usually wears off but it gets the job done.
