Fit on the fulltilt booters?

2mm. but GO TO A BOOTFITTER TO GET NEW BOOTS. besides the last there are many differences in the fit of these boots

If your asking that your best bet is not to even bother looking at boots. Just go to a bootfitter and let him select the correct boot for your foot. It may not be a SPK or a FT

im not. im just saying at least check if they fit first. there are many differences in the fit, such as the instep. its more than just the last. the spk's didnt fit my feet at all, and the booters fit nearly perfect out of the box

not trying to be a "dick" but as has been said there is much more then just Last to consider. The Liner is much thicker in the FT and there is not insole so when you put in a footbed it changes alot. Also the cuff is very differnt. Also if the boot is second hand has the first owner had any work done which may change teh boot from its standard fit.

All I was hoping to show you was you can not know a boot will fit by just knowing the last. If nothing else go to a bootfitter and see if he thinks your foot will fit well in the booter. If he thinks it will work, go ahead and trade, then take them back to him and get them fitted.

However if you have already had the SPK's fitted and there working for you, there is not point in the extra expensive just to have a FT.

full tilts have been the best boots ive owned most comfy but everyone's foot is different go to a shop and try it on before u trade

By the way, do you know for sure what size you need. I saw you had a thread wanting to trade some shoguns for FT, but you wanted the FT two sizes smaller then the shoguns. Are you sure you need a 27?

BOOTFITTER!

just kidding. I have spk's (a pair of kaos' before the put in the rubber toe protector thing) and bought a pair of the booters (the orange ones with the new shell) and they were VERY comfy. very soft and flexy. the intuition liner from day one felt high quality even though it was the cheapest liner they offer. the boot was in the same ballpark as the spk's as far as fit. not the same but worked for me.

I also bought a pair of the Konflicts at the same time and for obvious reasons they made me want to kill myself when they were on my feet. they fit wrong everywhere.

^ yeah if your a 11.5 your more likely going to be a 27 shell. Probably best you go get measured up before you trade anything

TomPite... I'm gonna have to give you plus K,, for giving GREAT advice and getting shit on for it! Plus K for you my friend!!!

Before I ask my question, I just want to say that everything you have said so far has been spot on. But I was fitted professionally into a 28.5 fulltilt (original shell) and i wear a 10.5 shoe. I've had no problems, the boots are great. And i don't wear freakishly tight shoes. I don't think i'm doing anything wrong, is this one of those "different people like different fit" topics? It seems to me everyone either buys really small boots or wears shoes that are like a size and a half too big.

just wondering, thanks for any answers.

^ yeah as said above there is no real link to shoe size and ski boot size, just a genrall thing that works. However if you have very wide feet its usual to go up in size, or it could be your one of the few people who wear shoes to size. It could also be that your boots are to big and you just dont know it.

But if they feel good, dont worry. Once they start to pack out and your foot begins moving, go get refitted. Who knows you may go up or down in size.

Just read again that your in the clasic shell, in that case its probably that they have slightly upsized you to fit in the shell, but again dont worry, if they feel good.

i would go check a store, i have wide feet so the boaters fit great, the shell on them is a bit more wide than the others so if you have wide feet get those, i would still go check a store first

booters are awesome! if they fit you go for it. they're so flexy and light. its insane how light they are. great boot
