Fit Krypton Rampages

I know you guys are going to kill me for asking about the fit of a boot, but I don't have anywhere to try them on.

How do the Rampages fit? Right now I have Lange CRL 80 FRs with a medium last liner. I normally wear a 9.5 or 10 street shoe, and my Langes are 9.5s (they don't use Mondo, but it would be 27.5) Now that they've packed down, they are a little too big (I really thought I bought boots that were small enough), and I was thinking about getting some size 9 liners. But then this deal for size 26.5 Rampages comes along. Do you think they would be too small for me?

i wouldnt say there narrow, it sounds like the boot will fit your foot. I wear a size 13 shoe and im in a size 28 rampage. WHen i first got them i couldnt get my foot in them for more then about 30 seconds before it fell asleep. Now after a season of riding they fit really well. So, if the deal is taht good do it. It's the best foot ive ever used and its so customizable.

Sizes are pretty much standard across all companies, if that's what you're asking. The length of a 27.5 Head is the same as a 27.5 Salomon, etc. It's just centimetres.

For fit, it's very Narrow. If your Langes fit you well for width, the Krypton will probably be too narrow, especially in the forefoot. Don't risk it - go a shop.

Really, it's not worth the risk. Plus because Lange uses US sizes, they don't correspond exactly to mondo sizes, ie. a 9.5 isn't exactly a 27.5 (it's more like a 27 or 28, I forget which).

I have the pro's and I tried the rampages, cross's and pro's in the store (28.5). I have a really wide foot, size 10 and have a hard time fitting into ski boots... The rampages and cross's were a comfortable fit, and didn't cause any of the normal issues I get with a narrow boot, while the Pro's caused my foot to cramp up after a while in the store... After a couple days on them, they are packing out a bit, but if I ski for 4+ hours the toe box feels a tad too narrow and will numb my pinky toe and the pad just under it... I love em though!
